It seems like eons since I blogged, but a lot has been going on. I am working on finishing a season of the show. I have new plans for next season. I am still dealing with the financial stuff of the show. I have some connections that may involve us getting out of Cleveland for a bit. Yet, I want to keep some of the show based here. I've worked with some great talent.

I once heard a definition of insanity. It was "doing the same thing and expecting different results." So I don't want to do the same thing with the show. I have cut off ties with a lot of the community here- excpet for a few select people. I have plans that I don't reveal to anyone...until they are set.

All in all, I do have hope for things. And the show itself will have new talent and a different look.

I am still using Myspace to promote it. So far we have over 13,500 people. Which is good considering we haven't spent any money promoting it. Just time.

Well, back to work and I will try to blog a few times a week from now on.

Finishing Season One

I have not been here in awhile because Prelude2Cinema has been working on finishing the first season of its TV Series "Out of Darkness."  We have licensed the show to an Internet Portal in the United Kingdom. We are also gathering more working capital to finish the shooting and edit.

One of the ways in finding capital is to seek a loan using Prosper dot com Bid on my listing at Prosper, people-to-people lending

The audience for the show has been growing. We have a My Space site with over 12,300 friends. The third episode is posted there. The fourth episode is in the U.K. This week, the Editor and I get together and work on downloading footage for episode five. We have also shoot the majority of episodes of episodes 6, 7 and 8.

I have to explain how shooting has evolved since the show begun. Originally, "Out of Darkness" was supposed to have self contained stories, but as we went into the shoots and cast changes went out, some storylines were left hanging at the end of every episode. So, we shoot different storylines and juggle them around. At the end of the first season, things will be clearer, but around episode five, the entire show takes an unexpected turn. So, once we have some financing, it will be easier to move quickly on getting the season ready to be licensed and also released on DVD. The DVD will have behind the scenes footage and also scripts and photos.

I hope to be here more. If anywone wants any info on Prelude2cinema, visit us online at www.prelude2cinema.com.
